Setting Boundaries: Di que no.

Updated: Apr 7

In a world that expects us to carry too much and say yes too often, it’s easy to forget that we’re allowed to have limits.

No pasa nada if you don’t show up to everything your loved ones ask of you.

No pasa nada if you tell your tía, “la semana que viene, tía,” and give yourself the space you need. Or if you say, “not right now—I have time set aside for myself.” Even if that time is just journaling at a coffee shop you chose for your peace.

Or simply say no.

No pasa nada.

The people who truly love you, your real friends, your real family, will understand. And if they don’t right away, they will come around.

Because choosing yourself is not rejection.

It’s alignment.

Go plant a plant.

Welcome!

This space was created for the moments when life feels heavy, confusing, or just a little too serious. No Pasa Nada is a mindset — a reminder that even when everything feels uncertain, we can pause, breathe, and remember that we are still here.

Here we share stories, music, reflections, and conversations about showing up for ourselves and choosing peace in the middle of life’s chaos.

Inside the club you’ll find moments meant to pour back into yourself, gratitude affirmations, music that feeds the soul, stories of our own no pasa nada moments, poetry that speaks to the heart, and book suggestions that help us grow into stronger versions of ourselves.

Because sometimes growth looks like discipline…
and sometimes growth simply looks like resting, breathing, and reminding yourself:

"It's ok… no pasa nada."

This is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember that even when life feels uncertain, you are still moving forward.
