Come learn how to volunteer on the west side of town at House of Neighborly Service! We will have the HNS team talk about volunteer opportunities in our senior center. One lucky person will be able to ride along my meal route delivering with me!

Inside the club you’ll find moments meant to pour back into yourself, gratitude affirmations, music that feeds the soul, stories of our own no pasa nada moments, poetry that speaks to the heart, and book suggestions that help us grow into stronger versions of ourselves.

and sometimes growth simply looks like resting, breathing, and reminding yourself:

"It's ok… no pasa nada."
